Today the Hep B Project met with representatives for the Lao Family Community Development in Oakland to discuss the possibilities of hosting a health workshop in the future. The Lao Family Community Development, or LFCD, focuses on providing resources to new immigrants and refugees just starting out in the U.S. The Hep B Project is proud to announce it will soon host workshops at the center, especially targeting Burmese and Butanaese patients.
